Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping at $70

We are proud to offer free shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, for all orders at or over $70. All orders below $70 will be charged a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 pm CST will be fulfilled the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will be fulfilled the following day.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or UPS Ground.

Shipping carrier will be determined by Elevate Wellness Co. at the time of shipping based on order volume.

The average shipping time within the United States is approximately 1-5 business days.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Orders for a single bottle are shipped via USPS, so it is okay to use a PO Box as the shipping address. However, orders that contain more than 1 bottle are shipped via UPS, which does not deliver to PO Boxes. If shipping to a given PO Box is not available, our fulfillment team may place your order on hold and contact you for a different shipping address.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the package leaves our facility, it is no longer under our control. Delivery issues such as late or lost packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

If you live someplace where packages are left in a public space, you might want to consider shipping to a more secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

All orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and/or other record of the damage and contact us immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier to process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods. Photos of the damage may be required to process your insurance claim and recovery may not be available without this record.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back at a later date to see if our international shipping policy has changed.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to love our product as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened and unused bottle within 30 days for a full refund. See Return Policy for more information.
