Wholesale

Thanks for your interest in partnering with us! As an authorized distributor, retailer, or bulk buyer, you will get access to discounted pricing, bulk purchasing options, and exclusive chaga news updates. Please see below for our wholesale program terms.

Orders

A minimum of 20 units is required for an opening order. The minimum for reorders is 10 units. Wholesale customers may submit purchase orders to info@elevatechaga.com or place an order through the online shop. Wholesale discounts will be automatically applied to online orders based on total order volume.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale customers will receive a substantial discount off of the suggested retail price. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Shipping

All wholesale orders ship free via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request but will be subject to shipping charges. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments at the time the order is processed.

Payment

Pre-payment is required for all orders.

Payment Methods Accepted: Check, ACH, Wire, and Credit Card

There are no fees added to payments made by check or ACH. A $15 wire fee will be added to invoice for all payments by wire. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

Order Fulfillment

All qualifying orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after a purchase order is received. Delayed shipment/delivery dates may be requested on the purchase order.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving an order to report any shipment errors or products damaged in transit.

Order Changes

Any order changes or cancellation requests must be emailed to info@elevatechaga.com before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Returns / Exchanges

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns for defective or damaged merchandise.

Marketing Materials

We will provide product images upon request for use in print or online marketing. Digital or print literature may also be requested.
